Ascott Tokyo Marunouchi is a boutique service residence hotel situated in the heart of Tokyo neighboring with the Royal Palace. Such inspiring juxtaposition had laid down the conceptual ground for us at the start when developing artworks for the entire hotel. We focused on capturing the transformative moments between four seasons of Japan, from public to private spaces; from spring at the lower floors all the way to winter at the top floor. All of which were all captured locally specifically for this project, while being placed to juxtapose with the vibrant cityscape of Tokyo.

アスコット東京丸の内は、皇居に隣接した東京の中心に位置するブティックサービスレジデンスホテルです。このインスピレーションに満ちた対比が、ホテル全体のアートワークを開発する際のコンセプトの基盤となりました。私たちは、日本の四季の変化する瞬間を捉えることに焦点を当て、公共スペースからプライベートスペースまで、低層階の春から最上階の冬までを表現しました。これらはすべて、このプロジェクトのために特別に地元で撮影され、東京の活気ある都市景観と対比して配置されています。
